Since purchasing the company from Keith Hill in 2018, Roberta Brehm has been the face of Vyron Corporation. In a male-dominated industry, she leads the pack by providing the vision and strategy necessary to grow Vyron in an ever-changing industry landscape, spurred by the "Amazon expectation" and the advancement of intelligent controls.
Roberta takes pride in investing in her team to achieve Vyron's shared vision of being the HVAC experts our customers can depend on and trust—providing value that far surpasses customer expectations.

Committed to Excellence
Since 1955, Vyron Corporation has served the needs of facility owners, mechanical contractors, and mechanical engineers with sound HVAC advice. Vyron Corporation was founded by Roger K. Marsh as a manufacturer's representative agency with a focus on HVAC-engineered equipment and acoustics. It began as a one-man company and was originally called Air Equipment Inc. In the early ’70s, Roger began diversifying the company into systems, prompting the need for a new name. At the time, "environment" was a trending term. The 1960s mantra of "Keep America Green" was the country's first real push toward treating the environment with respect. That’s when the idea emerged to take the word "environment" and modify the spelling to enVYRONment. Since 1972, the company has been known as Vyron Corporation. As Vyron expanded, its longtime Vice President was preparing for retirement, leaving Roger in need of support to manage the growing market. He advertised for a replacement, and Keith Hill answered the call from a recruiter. Keith’s background in acoustics and marketing convinced Roger that he was the right fit for the role. After ten years with Vyron, Keith Hill purchased the company from Roger in 1992. Over the next 27 years, he led the company’s growth and diversification. Branch offices in Wausau and Madison were reopened, and a new branch was established in the Green Bay market. The company’s workforce expanded from five employees to nearly 50, and its product offerings evolved, supplementing commodity-type HVAC products with a broader range of engineered solutions. In August 2018, Roberta Brehm purchased Vyron after working there for more than four years. Since its early beginnings, Vyron has experienced dramatic growth and diversification. Vyron is proud to be a woman-owned organization certified by WBENC. Vyron's mission is to passionately deliver industry-leading engineered HVAC solutions through integrity, expertise, innovation, and value-added partnerships.
